Breakfast: (All breakfasts are served with carafes of juice.)

  • Omelet Bar - made to order omelets done by on-site chef (priced per person plus hourly chef rate)
  • Fresh Fruit Platter - seasonal fresh fruit (may be added to an other breakfast choice at an additional $2.50 per person)

Hot Entrees:

  • Chicken Piccata - tender boneless chicken breasts served in a white wine sauce with capers and lemon
  • Eggplant Parmesan - fresh eggplant, layered with a blend of cheese and our signature marinara sauce, baked to perfection
  • Lasagna - layers of pasta, our signature marinara and a blend of cheeses (your choice of meat or vegetarian)
  • Fettuccini Alfredo - spinach fettuccini noodles served with a creamy alfredo sauce (chicken may be added for $2.25 per person)
  • Fajita Bar - marinated beef or chicken served with a selection of grilled vegetables, flour tortillas, and condiments (guacamole, sour cream, and fresh salsa)
  • Baked Potato Bar - fresh hot large Idaho potatoes served with your choice of chili (meat or vegetarian), cheddar cheese, sour cream, scallions, and peppered bacon
  • Taco Bar - seasoned beef or chicken with corn taco shells, served with a selection of cheddar cheese, shredded lettuce, tomatoes, onions, sour cream, and fresh salsa
  • Chicken Cordon Bleu - scalloped chicken rolled with ham and Gruyere, sauteed, served with herbed rice
  • Beef Burgundy - braised sirloin in a bed of Burgundy wine sauce with mushrooms and onions served with rice pilaf
  • Beef Stroganoff - thin slices of tender beef with onions and mushrooms in a creamy beurre blanc served over egg noodles

Salads & Platters:

  • Tarragon Chicken Salad - tender chicken breasts with tarragon infused dressing, white Thompson grapes and cashews, served on a large buttery croissant and crisp romaine lettuce
  • Fresh Vegetable - a generous selection of seasonal vegetables served with two fresh dips
  • Fruit & Cheese Display - served with a selection of imported and domestic cheeses, crackers, toast rounds and crisps, and fresh seasonal fruit
  • Signature Deli Platter - ham, turkey, roast beef, assorted cheeses with crisp romaine lettuce, tomatoes, sliced red onion, pickled vegetables, assorted breads, and condiments
  • Signature Chopped Salad - fresh mixed greens, with chopped seasonal vegetables, fruits and nuts, served with our house vinaigrette and additional signature dressing
  • Wraps and/or Sandwich Platter - assortment of wraps on plain or flavored tortillas, with an assortment of sandwiches on artisanal breads, each with your choice of vegetarian or meat fillings

Appetizers:

  • Filo Wraparound - feta cheese, sauteed onions, spinach, and crisp applewood bacon with bleu cheese dipping sauce
  • Asian Meatballs - small ground beef meatballs with scallions, garlic sesame seeds, pan-seared to perfection with a spicy Asian sauce
  • Macaroni & Cheese Quiche - small bite-size quiche shells filled with macaroni and cheese topped with grated Gruyere cheese
  • Tuna Tartare - on top of crisp bruschetta drizzled with garlic butter, topped with mango/pineapple chutney
  • Spicy Pepper Shrimp - shrimp stuffed with poblano peppers wrapped in crisp bacon and grilled to perfection
  • Shrimp & Ahi Tuna Ceviche - served on a wonton shell laced with pico de gallo
  • Queso Flaviado - melted cheese enhanced with poblano peppers, sauteed onions and mushrooms with blue corn tortilla chips
  • Mixed Olive Tapenade - a mix of olives incorporated with olive oil, spices, nestled on toasted baguettes
  • Crab Delight - crab meat, cream cheese, scallions, spices, stuffed in wonton shells with wasabi dipping sauces
  • Brioche & Brie - bite-size brioche stuffed with Brie and fruit sauce baked to a golden brown
  • Guacamole, Texas Style - served with blue corn tortilla chips
  • Asian Ribs - chargrilled tender beef ribs, marinated in our secret sauce until tender and mouthwatering
  • Teriyaki Chicken - chargrilled on skewers with sesame sauce for dipping
  • Sesame Chinese Purse - crepe stuffed with goat cheese, mushrooms, and onions, topped off with green onion tops
